Harrowby Appoint Marlon Harewood as Player-Coach
Jamie McGhee, manager of United Counties League Division One club Harrowby United, has added two significant people to his coaching team.

Dennis Rhule has been appointed as Harrowby’s assistant-manager bringing quite the resumé of football and coaching experience.

 

He was a playing legend at Grantham Town and Stamford during a long career which also took in spells with Witney Town, Fairford Town and Gainsborough Trinity amongst others.

 

He also played for the Army, Combined Services and Prison Officers representative sides.

 

He left Grantham as a coach after a long time with the Gingerbreads in February 2019.

 

And appointed as player-coach is 39-year-old former Nottingham Forest, West Ham United and Aston Villa striker Marlon Harewood.

 

More recently with Nottingham Forest, Barnsley, Bristol City and Hartlepool United, Harewood signed for Harrowby as a player in March 2019.
