The
attack-minded midfielder Max Melanson returns having left the Brecklanders last
summer for league rivals Stowmarket Town.
He made 31
appearances for the Old Gold & Blacks but comes back from another Thurlow
Nunn Premier side, Newmarket Town, who he joined in late February.
The move
to Stowmarket came on the back of a memorable 2017/18 season in a Thetford
shirt for the former Yeovil Town trainee, who netted 28 goals in 50 outings.
And now he
will head back to Mundford Road for a third time, having first left in 2017 to
help Mildenhall Town win the Premier Division title.
Meanwhile,
manager Danny White believes new winger Liam Hemming can be the latest gem the
club can polish up from the lower leagues ahead of the upcoming season.
The
Brecklanders have plucked Hemming from neighbouring Hadley & Ottaway
Anglian Combination Division One side Thetford Rovers.
And
manager White believes Hemming can have a big impact at Step 5.
Striker
Matt Hayden arrives at Mundford Road after an eventful 2018/19 campaign in
which he played for the likes Lakenheath, Ely City, Newmarket Town and
Mildenhall Town, while centre-back Ryan Sanders is no stranger to the club,
having left last summer to link up with Thurlow Nunn League Division One North
side Lakenheath. |
