Midfielder
Jamie Splatt joins on a month`s loan from National League South side Dulwich
Hamlet.
The
18-year-old, who came through the Hamlet youth ranks, made his first team debut
last season, coming off the bench against Glebe in the London Senior Cup.
He
made his first senior start in the same completion in the 5-1 victory against
AFC Croydon Athletic last month.
Also
joining for a month from another National League South outfit in Welling United
is defender Dquame Copeland (pictured).
The
big centre-back signed for Welling in July.
The
6`5” defender previously plied his trade in Sweden for Ytterhogdals IK in the
country’s fourth tier, narrowly missing out on promotion via play-offs.
Before
heading to Sweden, he featured for Welsh side Conwy Borough, Bromley, Dagenham
& Redbridge, Fleet Town, Tunbridge Wells and trialled with Scottish outfit
Partick Thistle.
On
his return, a spell with then-Isthmian South East side Greenwich Borough got
him back in to the English game before finishing last season at Isthmian South
Central outfit Bedfont Sports. |
