Forward
Billy Connor burst on to the scene with Petersfield Town during their 2016/17
campaign in the Southern League.
Despite
Petersfield struggling all season and finishing bottom of the table, the then-18-year-old
scored 9 goals in 21 appearances.
In
the summer of 2017, he decided to join Moneyfields after the Portsmouth-based
club won promotion but after short spells with Gosport Borough and Horndean, he
decided to return to the Rams in November 2017.
He
struggled to hit goalscoring form during what proved to be another season of
struggle for Petersfield, this time in the Sydenhams Football League (Wessex)
Premier.
In
the summer of 2018, he moved to Sholing and had his first spell with Winchester
before joining Amesbury Town earlier this season.
Also
returning to the Citizens for a second spell is winger Jake Rawkins.
Rawkins (pictured) returns to City following another stint with Wessex League Premier outfit
Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
Formerly
with AFC Totton, the 21-year-old has also been on the books at Gosport Borough
as well as his two spells with Winchester and Harlequins. |
