Unfortunate Debut for New Barton Boy
BetVictor Southern League Division One Central club Barton Rovers have signed defender Jamie Carey-Morrell from Southern League Premier Division Central side Biggleswade Town.

The 24-year-old joined the Waders in November 2019.

 

He started out at home-town club Stevenage as a youngster before going over to the United States on a soccer scholarship and playing for California State University Bakersfield Roadrunners.

 

He became an important player for Roadrunners in the Western Athletic Conference in his near five-year spell Stateside.

 

He has made 9 appearances for Biggleswade, scoring one goal.

 

He made an unfortunate debut for Rovers when being sent-off at Welwyn Garden City on Tuesday night
