He replaces Andy Paddock, who stepped down due to family and work commitments.
Paddock became manager half way through the 2014/15 season with the club struggling in the relegation places in the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division.
Under his guidance, Sporting climbed the table to finish in sixteenth place to keep their Step 6 status.
During the 2015/16 season, Sporting finished fourth, securing its first ever appearance in the FA Cup and they also made it to the League Cup and JW Hunt Cup finals under Paddock`s guidance that season.
Sporting improved further during the 2016/17 season where a third-place finish was secured.
Paddock guided Sporting to a historic league and cup `double` in 2017/18 which saw Sporting promoted to Step 5 for the first time in its short history.
Sporting also had an incredible run in the Buildbase FA Vase under Paddock, reaching the last sixteen, and he also guided Sporting to the Staffordshire Senior Cup semi-finals and the JW Hunt Cup final for the second time in three seasons.
Sandur has previously managed at Smethwick Rangers in the West Midlands League where he led them to a League Cup triumph against Sporting in 2016 and was also runners-up in 2017.
Joining Sandur's management team will be Steve Clarke and Stephen Cooke.
