New Joint Bosses For AFC Uckfield
At the start of the month, the committee at Southern Combination League Premier Division club AFC Uckfield Town `regretfully`accepted the resignation of manager Anthony Storey.

Storey`s (pictured) four-year tenure brought some unforgettable moments to the club, including last season’s epic Emirates FA Cup and Buildbase FA Vase runs.

However, following an exhaustive search, the committee have announced the appointment of Graeme Mintrim and Steve Ives as the new joint managers.

Mintrim and Ives bring a wealth of experience from previous roles and look forward to getting started.

Joining the management as assistant manager is highly rated coach Dom Crowhurst.

Crowhurst has been successful in bringing through young talent at Eastbourne Town and will be a popular addition, fitting in with Mintrim and Ives` footballing philosophies.
