Saxby
made his resignation in a letter to the club.
He
spent seven years in management without a break and after having the
opportunity to spend more time with his family during Coronavirus, feels the
time is right to extend that break.
He
has a young family and wants to spend more time seeing them grow up.
Saxby`s
eldest son will also be playing academy football next season and he wants to
try and give him his full attention during his first year.
The
club have placed on record its gratitude for all Lewis Saxby has done and have wished
him well in his future ventures.
The
club will now be looking to appoint a new manager as soon as possible.
