Enfield Get Their Name Back
After fifteen years of being forced to be named Enfield 1893, the Essex Senior League club have announced an official return of its original name of Enfield FC for the coming 2020/21 season.

In addition, the club have revealed a restructuring of the Board of Directors to ensure it can compete with the best in the league.

 

Lee Hanning has stepped down from the management team to join the Board along with former Liverpool, Spurs and England defender Neil Ruddock, Dean Whittington and Croucher Needham.

 

Along with the existing Board members of Peter Ticehurst, Alan Farmer, mark Wiggs and chairman Steve Whittington, the club are really excited what the new season will bring.
