Capon, a pacey winger, heads to The Pilot Field after a successful period with Eastbourne in the Southern Combination League where he was regarded a huge fan favourite.

He was previously with AFC Uckfield Town and Eastbourne United Association.

Manager Chris Agutter told http://www.hastingsunited.com: “I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Capes, he’s a great lad who’s hungry to learn. I know Lambo and the guys at Eastbourne Town very well so when they praise a player as much as they have Aaron you know we’re onto a winner. He’s direct, lightning quick and most importantly the right type of character. I love working with these sort of lads, similarly to Jake last season they are young men who want to prove a point and it’s up to us to help them take these opportunities”.
