Craig
Routledge has left his role as manager with immediate effect and will be
replaced by Martin Mahine as head coach, who will be assisted by Dene White.
Speaking
about the changes, chairman John Murphy stated: "Craig Routledge and I had
have spoken about the upcoming season, and have mutually agreed that with the
best interests of the club in mind, Craig will vacate the head coach role with
immediate effect.
"I’d
like to thank Craig for his commitment to our club for the past two years. He’s
added value at all times and helped us to navigate one of the most surreal
periods the club has faced in its history. Craig has also attracted some great
additions to our playing squad for the imminent season, and I’m confident his
efforts in this area will contribute to a successful campaign. I’m delighted to announce that Martin Mahone
has agreed to return to the club as head coach with immediate effect. Please
give Martin the support he requires and deserves. Martin will be joined by
assistant Dene White who will stay on as assistant at the club". |
