Calder joins us from Pitching In Southern League Division One South neighbours Sholing where he was assistant manager to Dave Diaper.

Calder takes over from Ben Hillman, who had to step down from his position earlier this month because of his workload, although he will be staying at the club to help out where he can.

Calder played for VT FC, Andover Town, Totton & Eling, Folland Sports and Brockenhurst.

He guided the Sholing youth team over six years to under-18 level and then stepped up from being the development manager to the coaching staff for the first team in 2017.

Joining Calder as first-team coach is Steve Blackburn, who returns to the club for his second spell.

Blackburn hold a UEFA B coaching badge and is an academy coach at Vanarama National League outfit Eastleigh.
