The
37-year-old re-joined Vanarama National League South side Havant &
Waterlooville in November 2020.
He
had left the Hawks in the summer of 2020 to become a coup signing for Southern
Counties East League side Hollands & Blair.
He
spent the previous season at Havant and scored 11 goals in 25 appearances but
was denied promotion after losing to Dartford in the delayed play-offs.
He
originally joined the Hawks in the summer of 2019 after the expiration of his
contract with Ebbsfleet United.
He
is known for being one of the most lethal strikers in the non-League game over
the past decade, where his success saw him play in The Football League with
Gillingham.
He
scored the winning penalty in the 2011 Conference Premier Promotion Final for
AFC Wimbledon against Luton Town at the City of Manchester Stadium to send the
Dons back into the Football League as a phoenix club.
His
successes at Kingsmeadow saw him earn the move to Priestfield and to Gillingham
where he enjoyed four years, scoring 40 goals in 119 appearances.
His
next move would see him join Ebbsfleet where he scored 56 goals in 163 games,
helping them to promotion into the National League as well as getting into the
play-off semi-finals a year later before securing a top ten finish in 2018/19. |
