Morsley originally managed the club
between 2006 and the end of the 2007/08 season, leading the club to the
Isthmian League play-off finals.
He previously managed Needham Market
successfully before going to Brantham Athletic and then Harwich & Parkeston
and then back to Needham.
He left to take over at Leiston where
again he had success before going once again to take over the reins at Needham
Market.
This period was another one of success
before taking a backroom position with them. He became manager of Sudbury once
again in October 2017.
A statement from the club reads: “The
Board of Directors have accepted the resignation and have placed on record their
thanks for all of his hard work during his four-year stay with the club.
“We would also like to wish him the
best of luck in his next venture which we are sure will not be long in coming.
“In the meantime, the club will ensure
that we have the right management structure in place in time for the start of
the new season”. |
